  2. Draw your signature

Click where it goes, adjust its size, add the date with the Text tool if needed, then download.

A clean, transparent signature

Your drawing is cropped automatically and placed with a transparent background, so it sits on signature lines and tables without a white box around it. You can place it on several pages and resize each copy.

What kind of signature is it?

A drawn signature is what the European eIDAS regulation calls a simple electronic signature. It is widely used for everyday documents: quotes, delivery notes, internal forms, leases between individuals. Some documents require an advanced or qualified electronic signature, based on a certificate and identity verification; for those, use a dedicated signature service.

Your signature stays with you

The signature image is created in your browser and written into your PDF on your computer. It is never uploaded or stored by us.
