Remove pages without losing quality
Deleting a page does not re-encode the rest of the document: the remaining pages are copied exactly as they were, with their text, fonts, images, comments and web links. Nothing is compressed or rasterised, so the result looks identical to the original, minus the pages you removed.
Typical reasons to delete PDF pages
- Blank pages left by a duplex scanner.
- A cover sheet, a fax header or terms and conditions you do not need to send.

Can I delete several pages at once?
Yes. Click each page you want to remove, or click one and Shift+click another to select everything in between, then press Del.
Can I undo a deletion?
Yes, as long as you have not closed the page: press Ctrl/Cmd+Z or the Undo button, as many times as needed.
Does deleting pages reduce the file size?
Usually, yes, because content used only by the removed pages is dropped when the file is saved.
Is there a page limit?
No fixed limit. Large documents (several hundred pages) depend on your computer's memory.
